When I first heard about the Rushfit exercise routine, I thought it was just another workout cooked up by someone trying to make a buck. I found a group fitness that have helped me look and feel better. It is quite soon to say that I have lost a lot of weight but I do feel a lot better about myself. I went on a yoga retreat to a center on Paradise Island in the Bahamas two years ago. It was very beautiful there as it was write on the water. I Want to Exercise at Home
I am not very comfortable with exercising in front of other people yet. My friends want me to join the gym with them, but I often say no thank you, I am too fat.
